About zinmar

Hmmmm, let’s see, what is there to say about me? My name is Zinmar and I’m a 15 year old Chinese girl who goes to Lowell H.S in California, US. I was born on June 16, 1987 in Burma(now Myanmar, borderlining India and Thailand) I immigrated to the US in October of 1995 and have been living in California for over 7 years, as of now.

I love almost everything about anime. I hate how people just group anime just like all other cartoons (and therefore think it’s only for kids), but there’s so many different varieties of anime and there’s anime for people of all ages, that I’m sure you’ll find an anime you can like if you just gave it a try (unlike my parents who always just say that I’m waay too old for anime when I know people over 20 who still loves anime) I love anime because the art is beautiful and the storylines are great.

I started writing stories around summer ’02 when I was bored and now I love to write them (though I haven’t finished yet because I start new stories and never continue the old ones) I love writing poems now too even though I used to hate having to write poems. I find it a creative and fun way to express your feelings.

I also love to draw (mostly anime style) I started really getting into drawing anime around March 2001. I’ve been designing web pages ever since around March, 2001 (yes, things happened in March,2001) when I learned HTML. (go to http://zin.mad-sky.com to see my collective site)

I like to procrastinate and I hate myself for it. I’m working on changing, dammit! ><
